CANNING! YEY!
This week I have been canning! I am so proud of myself. So far I have done corn, teriyaki sauce, strawberry jam, rotkohl and strawberries (which I will blend into smoothies later). Before I'm done, I'm hoping to do applesauce, apple pie filling, pears, and peaches. I feel like such a good little wifie. Ha Ha. I have also been doing some fruit drying which is almost as much fun as canning.
Don't forget marinara sauce when its tomato season! That stuff is WAAAYYY better than any store-bought kinds! I'll help you make it too if I can split it with you...maybe 2:1, since there's just one of me:)
