my new favorite grocery item


This stuff is so good! It tastes like this coconut curry soup that they have at a restaurant called the Bangkok Grill here in Provo. I did add a little ginger and cinnamon to spice it up a bit. You can simmer chicken, fish, vegetables, pretty much anything in this stuff and then eat it over rice. If you like thicker curry (as I do), add a bit of cornstarch or flour. Very tasty, and super easy!

  1. Oh, THIS is what you were talking about? I totally have some of it in my fridge RIGHT NOW! I wasn't a huge fan of it with canned peas/beans/corn and put over rice, but maybe I should make it up more like soup. (And possibly it was the ratty canned veggies fault it tasted weird...!)
